The payback policy of London Minicab Service informs you about repayment procedures. If refunding is required then London's Minicabs will pay back the amount through the similar procedure that was used for payment of service charges. For repayment, we use Debit Card, Credit Card or cash payment. The process of reimbursement takes place within 48 hours of your request for repayment.
If there are certain issues (outside the control of London Minicab Service) then we will refund the amount through cheque. In favour of the card holder, we will issue a cheque for refunding.
